You may use Protia for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with the service.

3. Early access

Protia is currently free during early access. Future paid plans, if any, will be announced in the app before they take effect. No charges are made without your explicit consent.

Your use of the app is governed by our Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information you log.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of generated content or availability of the service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Protia and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Your health decisions remain yours.
