1. Not medical advice

Protia is a tracking and education tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you see in the app. Always consult your prescriber regarding your medication, dosing, or health decisions.

2. Your use of the app

You may use Protia for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with the service.

3. Subscriptions

Protia Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual) or a one-time lifetime purchase, handled through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings. No refunds are provided for partial periods, except as required by law.

4. Your data

Your use of the app is governed by our Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information you log.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of generated reports or availability of the service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Protia and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Your health decisions remain yours.
